It only gets 2 because how pretty it is NOT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are 22 days away from our wedding and due to lack of communication, time management, and organization we made the choice to CANCEL. The disorganization of meeting to do final planning and final pricing was just the start of our disappointment. They have a policy of paying all fees 60 days before the event which is completely understandable. What is not understandable is holding us accountable for them being late with final paper work, 35 days late. When we were first contacted to discuss our wedding plans we were under the impression we were meeting to discuss arrangement of the room and timing for the day. To our surprise it was more about what we wanted to add to our bill because it was already late and because it was late there is a 10% late fee but they will “wave it” if we pay immediately. Mind you at the meeting all the questions we asked 90% of the response was “We can figure that out the day of the wedding,” I did contact the owner and inform her of this iteration. Long story short we then had another horrible experience when it came to trying to pay our bill and the owner threatening to cancel our date and add the late fee back on. They were 5 days late getting us the paper work and expected immediate payment not even allow us to look over the paperwork. They have no empathy, understanding, or time management. Will blame you for there mistakes and expect you to give them grace but not show it in return. Like I said beautiful venue hate that we lost 1,000 in this place do to there horrible management style only use this place with a wedding coordinator.

Had such a fabulous graduation party for my daughter here when she graduated nursing school. Everything from beginning to end was amazing! The staff was so kind and helpful! We were so thrilled! Gallery J is such a gorgeous and magical spot to celebrate a special occasion, the perfect backdrop! I look forward to another opportunity to celebrate here! The owner was so sweet and accommodating! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Had my wedding here last year; the staff is genuinely nice ; the venue is beautiful and super intimate . I wanted a small wedding to be about just me and my husband and we definitely achieved it. Only set back I personally received was the staff setting up the tables didn’t set up the tables correctly so my mom had to run around and fix them which was frustrating especially for her. But other then that it was a beautiful wedding straight out of a fairytale. I honestly think that the pricing is fairly rated . I would recommend adding a extra hour or two for set up it makes a difference and also using the bridal room. Was a nice experience having my family and friends helping me get ready . Hope this helps.

Just had my magic moment wedding ceremony and I give it 4-5 stars on decor and ambience. Very small, intimate space… my style for sure. Cake was amazing. Photographer was awesome! … BUT!!! The other women that work there, not sure if they are owners, managers or what, but there was pretty bad communication with things. Invoices were wrong several times. Wedding date was forgotten several times. Never sent colors and set up like we were told until I had my husband reach out like a week before the wedding. We kept having to be the one to reach out. We kinda felt forgotten a bunch of times. Also, when we arrived and were ready to start, last minute, they had no idea how to play the walking out song. We were told to bring a laptop but then told they don’t use a lap top. It was just messy. The bridal suite had no AC either so doing hair and getting dressed sweating wasn’t very enjoyable. I’m still giving 4 stars because it was very beautiful and I would recommend, just stay on top of things yourself I guess.

Gallery J is an amazing and very unique venue . The staff met all our needs . So attentive and focused on making our experience a great one. Beautiful night to remember ! Thank you !
